OUR WORK METHOD
As soon as we receive a request for training, we start by assessing your needs by telephone. Next, if need be, we suggest a conference call or a face-to-face meeting to substantiate your expectations and needs concerning the requested training. Please note that these first steps are free of charge, informal and without any engagement on your part. These steps are essential since they help us prepare in view of providing you with a training plan that is both realistic and effective while taking into account the expectations and goals we will have set in advance with you.
KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT
This is the secret behind successful training. Determining the participants’ prior knowledge allows us to better establish the path to follow in view of quickly accelerating their productivity. It also enables the trainer to better determine the level of knowledge of the participant or participants that will follow the training.
