When investigating or auditing in a business context, some evidence needs to be extracted and disclosed according to strict rules and standards aiming at preserving the authenticity and admissibility in judicial or administrative process.
This training allows participants to understand the stakes and methods of collecting and analysing electronic evidence. Participants will master the essential knowledge required in order to examine the contents of a computer or digital media (USB key or DVD). They will learn how to find, extract and produce this information so as to be allowed in judicial or administrative proceedings. From exercises and case studies they will learn to select the required tools, methods and procedures in order to analyze electronic evidence so it is fully permissible before civil and administrative courts.
