Ugo Dionne, President and Co-Owner 
Ugo Dionne obtained a law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been co-owner of Synesis-Versalys Training since 1998. As President of the Young Chamber of Commerce of Montreal in 2001, he took interest in a placement service project for business people in the community which resulted in him launching Bénévoles d’affaires in 2006 with Marie-Pierre Dufort - www.benevolesdaffaires.org. In December 2006, he was named “Personality of the Week” by La Presse/Radio-Canada and, in 2007, he was awarded the Hommage bénévolat by the Quebec Government and the Prix de la relève du Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. In May 2008, he was named one of “Canada’s Top 40 under 40” by the Caldwell Society.
He also is on Culture Montréal’s board of directors and serves as acting governor for Les Amis de la Montagne.
Doug Wiseman, Vice-President and Co-Owner 
As Operations Manager, Mr. Wiseman oversees the business’s daily operations, as well as the management and control of spending linked to growth strategies. Mr. Wiseman holds a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University. During his studies, he was a member of the Entrepreneur’s Club, vice-president of his fraternity, member of the institution’s fund raising committee and even devoted time to other activities. Afterwards he remained very involved in many community and charity organizations, such as the Federation CJA, the Jewish Chamber of Commerce, McGill’s student campaign, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, etc. Notably, Douglas Wiseman is a former high-level tennis player (he was ranked 10th nationally) and currently is a competitive golfer.
