Cancellation and subscription policy
Cancellation notification of 10 business days prior to
the course start date is required to avoid charges (50% of the registration fee). A participant who
fails to attend a course will be responsible for paying the total course cost. All notifications must be in writing.
Substitutions are accepted without no additional charge.
Versalys reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at the discretion of the management.
In this case, Versalys will notify
the participants 10 business days prior to the course date. And if a course is not held for any reason, Versalys
liability is limited to the registration fee only.
Versalys can ask for the full registration
fee to be paid prior the course start date.
We reserve the right to correct or modify any syllabus, dates or
tarification without notice.GST and QST are not included.
