Teaching method

Our teaching method is based on the application of the methodology and work tools in four steps:

  • Presentations of the processes and work tools;
  • Applying the methodology and the tools to a context (project) that is familiar to the participants;
  • Student participation based on their work experience as well as contribution to team activities;
