Basic Project Management – Tools & Techniques GP-020
/ General Objective
The course will allow participants to gain a basic understanding of project management and its different lifecycle phases. Participants can then apply a structured methodology and the tools and techniques required throughout the project lifecycle to their projects.

- Acquire a structured and integrated project management methodology;
- Understand the project management phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Closing;
- Apply the main project management tools and techniques required for small and medium-sized projects.

The participants will have access to the digital copies of the material
/ Training Method
Our teaching method is based on the application of the methodology and work tools in four steps:
- Presentations of the processes and work tools;
- Applying the methodology and the tools to a context (project) that is familiar to the participants;
- Student participation based on their work experience as well as contribution to team activities;
- Feedback and input from the trainer.
Participants are required to choose a work project to be used during the training course
