Course Overview
The course will allow participants to gain a basic understanding of project management and its different lifecycle phases. Participants can then apply a structured methodology and the tools and techniques required throughout the project lifecycle to their projects.
Teaching method
Our teaching method is based on the application of the methodology and work tools in four steps:
- Presentations of the processes and work tools;
- Applying the methodology and the tools to a context (project) that is familiar to the participants;
- Student participation based on their work experience as well as contribution to team activities;
- Feedback and input from the trainer.
Participants are required to bring a work project to be used during the training course.
