GOAL

Learn to advance and move with change to make it a springboard for you and your team.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
  • Understand and demystify change and how to approach it.
  • Strengthen your ability to detect and adequately deal with stakeholders concerns.
  • Experiment with recognized change management practices to support individuals and teams.
ORGANIZATION

Real-time virtual classroom in which each participant connects to the class via a web link. Computer, webcam, and headphones with a microphone are required.

  • Building by adopting a positive attitude: it’s possible!

Action plan

The evaluation is completed online after the training session.
