LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Understand and demystify change and how to approach it.
- Strengthen your ability to detect and adequately deal with stakeholders concerns.
- Experiment with recognized change management practices to support individuals and teams.
ORGANIZATION
Real-time virtual classroom in which each participant connects to the class via a web link. Computer, webcam, and headphones with a microphone are required.
