Purpose & Learning objectives

Purpose: Integrate the different facets of the managerial role within a constantly evolving context.

  • Assess and understand the interrelation between a manager’s various roles.

  • Develop a leadership style adapted to work situations and employee needs.

  • Acquire new management tools to mobilize your team and ensure its performance.

  • Integrate core skills required in a management position.


Practical Information

  • Format: Live virtual classroom. Each participant connects to the session via a web link. A computer, webcam, and headset with a microphone are required.

  • Duration: 8 sessions of 1.5 hours (Total of 12 hours).

  • Credits: 1.2 CEU (Continuing Education Units).

  • Availability: This program is available as a customized option for organizations (corporate training). No public training dates are scheduled at this time.
